The rubber no slip rubber seal was not attached. It wasn’t easy to wrap it around the base of the bowl and I feel like it’s a safety risk with a puppy. I wish I would have known this! Not worth the money!Great toy to give treats and give your puppy a brain boost. They do enjoy playing with the food ?It really slowed down how quickly my dog eats.This product would be good for dogs. *It is NOT designed for cats as listed states!!*. However bowl and depth of crevices are too deep, making an impossible reach for cats to use mouths, tongues and paws. Both my cats finally flipped this relatively heavy dish over in frustration. I gave them 12 hours. Needless to say hungry, frustrated cats and frustrated owner.Worked great to help slow my dog’s eatingRubber ring on bottom doesn’t come attached and falls offGood product, just too small for my dog.
