Excellent reel excellent customer services, super light and a lot of muscle on this reel .This thing is built like a tank. Spins like butter and has insane drag for the size and weight. /// after a month of use I've got an african pompano at 200ft, grouper at 250, and three blackfin tuna about 150ft. This reel with a blue goofish rod with 30lb pe braid is a murder weapon.I was extremely skeptical of the reel. Had never heard of the manufacturer. Feels like a solid little reel. More drag than you could ever need and is butter smooth.Very poor quality, i use this reel 1 month and its broken already. And the worse thing is i try to remove the screw to look inside but even the screw are bad quality and i cannot remove even 1 of them...waste of money.Updated - after chatting with support I loosened and tightened the drag knob (has a blue cap on drag handle) It worked as expected. Not sure how it got loosened.This time I loosened all the way and tightened very hard. If you have the issue try this.I will update after the next trip.PhilI received the reel and it would not free spool. Sent it back for a replacement. The new one was so bound up, I could barely crank it. I may have just gotten two bad ones but it was enough for me to go another route.
