Anyone who enjoys the erotic romance genre should read this book. The series sets a standard of excellence I haven't encountered elsewhere. The hero is realistic albeit mysterious. His actions are as perplexing and sexy to us as they are to the heroine, Karina. We are brought along with her down the rabbit hole to an almost magical world of discovery. This is the only erotic book that I read twice word for word, not just the points of greatest dramatic tension. That's the excellent writing. Every scene, every word builds the emotional tension of the characters. None of the sex is gratuitous, but there's lots of it and it sizzles.I rarely give anything five stars, but I do so here without reserve.
