I got this book at the library and loved it so much I am buying it here and cant wait till it comes. I love cooking in my slow cooker. After 4PM is such a busy time here at my house with the kids coming home from school and homework and everything else. I often forget about dinner until it is too late to cook anything. So I love to cook in the crock pot because I can do it early in the day when it is less busy and it can cook all day while I do other things, even leaving the house for a few hours. When dinner time rolls around I dont have to panic.. Dinner is DONE! I get sick of the same old soups, stews and pot roast and this cookbook has so many different recipes, appitizers, meals, deserts and beverages that can be made in the crock pot. I also thought it was great because it tells you how you can change a regular recipe into a crock pot recipe with a few changes.
