Very well narrated a story. .The details with which the author describes Baba's (the protagonist's) childhood is interesting. . and also gives a glimpse of life in the towns of Nagaland and Assam at a time when kids grew up not with playstations and computer games but with chor police, treks in the nearby wilderness and other nameless games which present day kids would seldom have experienced. .And Slow could trigger you to imagine . . characters took me to their world and at times to my own world and made spaces for themselves in that frame. . .I remember having similar imaginations while reading Enid Blyton's Secret Seven series ..
