A lemon with no real recourse. I could send it back to China, but the cost of the radio is about what it would cost to ship. I have had mixed results with this brand: either they work just fine ( I do like them) or they don't. Just realize that when you buy one from the source, it's a roll of the dice. The problem with this one (one of two that I purchased) was it wouldn't program. I programmed several in a row, and this one just wouldn't no matter what i tried.
