Lauren, a high school teacher, moves from NYC to a small town where she meets Eden. Lauren is immediately smitten, but Eden just isn't ready so turns her down for a date. She's giving all her energy to her sister and brother-in-law who is going through chemo treatments. The degree of love these three have for each other is actually my favorite parts of the book. While the main protagonists were appealing and appeared to be a good match, the book dragged a little. However, the writing was pleasant, minus the editing problems, so I think I'll try another one of Chloe's books!
