My youngest dog inhales his food. He can literally clear a dish in 20 seconds. This bowl has significantly slowed him down to almost 2 minutes! I love it!!!!! The only problem is the dish slides on carpeting and flooring as there is no rubber on the bottom rim. But I used some puffy paint and that seemed to help a bit. I would definitely recommend this dish!
