Eat Yourself Younger Effortlessly: The easy way to slow aging, feel great and look goodEat Yourself Younger Effortlessly is a wonderful cookbook with a variety of exotic and different recipes.All the recipes are very simple and easy to follow.I love that the recipes use all fresh ingredients and whole grain.I am able to put a variety of different color on the plate and know I am eating a healthy meal.The portion sizes are just right so there is no chance of over eating.Most of the ingredients are already in my pantry so for the most part I only have to shop for the fresh ingredientsI love the Callaloo on page 87. I have cooked it already several times and I like to serve it with brown rice.I am making the Peanut Sauce on page 77 for every party we are having and it has been a hit every time.I love to cook and I'm always looking for cookbooks that have healthy and easy recipes and this book combines both.
