I was especially excited about this book, as I have a family member with Celiac Disease who needs to eat gluten free. The Paleo diet is perfect for her. This book has several options that I know she will love the next time I cook for her. Being able to cook these recipes in a slow cooker is an added bonus.I really appreciate it when cookbooks both contain a good selection of recipes and are well-written and properly formatted for Kindle. This book is all of the above. The recipes selection is excellent and they are all well-written and properly explained, plus they include nice photos of each dish. Nutritional information is also included, which is always appreciated.I highly recommend this book to anyone considering the Paleo diet and would like to find some interesting and tasty recipes.
