All the pieces were included, as well as instructions which are easy enough to follow. The units functions well but loses satellite signal quite often. Maybe this is because it is a trunk mounted antenna rather than a rood mounted system like in my previous cars, it is quite annoying however.The satellite kit was sold a 'genuine Mazda Accessory' and to be a complete kit. I took the unopened box to Best Buy for installation - the tech disovered that the kit did not include the cable to connect the unit to the radio. I ordered this cable for about $60 (from Jim Ellis Mazda) but this cable does not have the correct connectors - it cannot be used. At this point, I have the unit installed and not connected. Is the unit I purchased from you not the correct one for the car? Is the cable not the correct part? Where can I get the correct cable? The car is a 2012 Mazda Miata with the factory Bose radio.I will appreciate any help you can provide - I have invested about $300 and don't have the satellite working!Worked perfectly for adding Sirius radio to my 2013 Mazda 3 that didn't come with it from the factory.
