Author says using correct size cooker is crucial, but doesn't list size used for any recipe. Many of the recipes are missing measurements or use processed foods in sizes not available in the United States. Very confusing since it says it is a book from Florida. Not sure how it has 4.1 stars. Should have delved further into reviews before purchasing. Complete and total rip-off.
