Love this radio holder. It’s nice and sturdy and holds my issued radio perfectly. No issues whatsoever after a month of use.i use this case on my duty belt almost every day but shortly after using it, the cord to secure the radio in the case broke off. the cord is the weak point of the product for me.The day I bought, I told a coworker about it and he explained he bought the same one and the elastic strap broke in a week. He explained he didn’t even know how it broke.I got my hold on July 7, and it’s now July 22. I was leaving work today and im unsnapping the elastic strap from the holder, the elastic strap just falls in my hand. There was absolutely little to no stress on that strap for it to just fall into my hands like someone cut it. I only work 3 days a week doing 12 hours shifts and it just broke so easily. Didn’t even last a full 30 days.I would not recommend this to anyone. The only other thing is that it’s a snug fit for a lot of radios.Arrived faster than stated. As described. I was really Hopeful my husband would like it as it matched his other belt and other attachments. However wouldn’t you know it but just out of 30 days after purchase (my 30 days was January 30, 2022.. today is February 1,2022) the strap that holds the radio holder onto the belt broke and therefore it says they will not replace or refund it because it’s out of its 30 day return policy. So Before today i would have given a 4/5 star rating but today as we stand 2 days past a 30 day return/replace policy the belt strap that holds the radio holder onto your belt broke so I’m being generous with a 2 star rating because it is now trash! I hope this is a fluke issue and not the norm ! Aggravated to say the least!!!It only lasted a month. I tore all the way across the back where it fits on your belt.Works exactly as described. The bungee style strap that assists in holding the radio in the pouch broke after about 4 days of use. Its not the end of the world to not have the strap in my job location as I am not typically running/fighting anyone. Thus is stays in without the strap. But I wish it didn't break after just a few days of use.The string broke so i had to reattach it other than that its not terribleIt works well enough but the string connected to the button popped off the first week I used it. Had to get my fingers under it and tie a square knot to fix it and it wasn't easy to do.
