I was very excited to receive this item the same day I ordered. I previously had a red Ferrari which had been broken by ramming it into the walls again and again by my kid. This was to replace that. However this one was DOA. Even after putting brand new batteries in it, it would run for 10 -15 seconds and then stop. Wiggle the batteries in the car a little bit and it would run again for a few seconds and stop. The reason I gave it a 3 stars instead of 1 is because it looks very nice from the top. however the under body and battery compartment etc look like they are made of cheap plastic. BTW, the box was also slightly damaged when I received it. This Ferrari is nicer, drives more smoothly,and is better quality than all of them but it’s very slow with a poor turn radius.One star less for extra battery consumption. It is sooo fast and when you’re going fast in a forward direction and then quickly go in reverse it does an awesome little drift.To the people who say the radio doesn’t work or it has horrible reception, I made the same mistake. There’s a metal antenna in the box you have to screw into the remote.The item came quickly. The Ferrari looks really nice. My 3 1/2 yr old grandson loves it and could operate it quite easily.Didn't give it 5 stars only because I don't know how long it will hold up. But right now, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.Liked everything ! My grandkids liked it so much they're asking for another one it runs and runs and runs. Be careful if you buy two however their radio signal interferes with each other when running at the same timeKids like that the doors open. I gave one to my Grandson for Christmas two years ago, and it still a favorite.Gave another to my girl friend’s Grandson this year with same result. Beautiful and durable little car.
