"slow distractions" by the amazing indie band, Eyes Like Knives, doesn't disappoint. it grabs the listener from the opening track and doesn't let go until the end. for anyone who was lucky enough to see this band live, back in the day, you'll recognize opening track "like a ghost" as a real energizer, allowing the listener to draw enough power to trudge through the day. "summer song" is one that will fill your head for weeks on end. this is a highly recommended album by a band that should have done more.
