I actually bought this by mistake(wanting recipes for my slo-cooker!) but on reading it found there are some really lovely weekend/dinner party recipes. We've had the steak & kidney pie (delicious)& will be having the venison & juniper berries tonight & the roast duck & turnips on Sunday. Only annoyance is the book uses American & metric measurements but in a different order each time! However if you stick to metric you'll be fine. A lovely book for when you've got time to make something special.
