I have an ADSB receiver for Flight Aware. The $30 SDR receiver I thought was pretty sensitive, but for 8 bucks I thought I would give this a try. I soldered a 6 volt wall wart to the power connections and cabled it to the SDR receiver in line with the antenna. Immediately I noticed planes in areas that I had not seen before.
