Doing cardio machines are my all-time least favorite workout. So on the days that I do them, I listen to this cd. It makes the time go faster and allows me to meditate on the words of the song while working out. It should not be listed as slow-paced. So if you're doing yoga, you may want to pick something different. Otherwise, it's great for faster paced workouts.
